E-tickets

I can't get my ticket downloaded and/or opened?
You will receive the tickets as pdf documents by email. If you get the ticket downloaded but not displayed, you probably do not have a program to view and print pdf documents. For example, download a browser like Chrome or the program Adobe Reader (free). Most mobile devices have a pdf program built in. 

My tickets are lost or stolen?
The responsibility to look after your tickets lies with yourself. We can't do anything for you in this case for this reason. The advice is to be at the event entrance with the printed ticket as early as possible: it can only be used and scanned once. 

Can I give my tickets to someone else?
No, the tickets are personal and linked to the name on the ticket. Therefore, it is not allowed to transfer a ticket to someone else. Tickets are valid only once and it is your responsibility to handle your ticket carefully.

I ordered but didn't get a ticket in my email?
Check the spam folder in your mail program. If you really did not receive any tickets, please email support@cyboxtickets.nl with your information and the purchase date and time. We can only reissue tickets to the email address entered when you placed your order. 

Can I show the tickets on my cell phone at the entrance of the event?
Yes, you do not necessarily need to print the tickets. The scanners at the entrance can scan the barcode from the screen of your smartphone. Of course, make sure you already have it in view at the entrance.

Change, exchange and cancel 

Can I change, exchange or cancel tickets?
No, changing tickets is not possible. 

The event I have tickets for has been cancelled?
In most cases the organization itself will contact you. If this takes too long, please contact the organization of the event.
