E-tickets
I am unable to download and/or open my ticket.
You will receive the tickets as PDF documents by email. If you are able to download the ticket but
cannot view it, you probably do not have a programme to view and print PDF documents. Download a browser such as
Chrome or the
Adobe Reader programme (free of charge). Most mobile devices have a built-in PDF programme.
Have your tickets been lost or stolen?
You are responsible for taking care of your tickets. For this reason, we cannot help you in this case. We advise you to arrive at the entrance of the event with your printed ticket as early as possible: it can only be used and scanned once.
Can I give my tickets to someone else?
Yes, they are not personalised but based purely on the ticket number.
You do not need to change the name and can simply pass them on.
Of course, the tickets are only valid once! The responsibility lies with you and we cannot check the tickets, as we do not know whether there are multiple copies.
I have paid, but have not received a ticket in my email?
Check the spam folder in your email programme. If you really haven't received any tickets, you can email
support@cyboxtickets.nl with your details and the date and time of purchase. We can only reissue tickets to the email address provided when the order was placed.
Can I also show the tickets on my mobile phone at the entrance to the event?
Yes, you do not necessarily have to print the tickets. The scanners at the entrance can scan the barcode from your smartphone screen. Of course, make sure you have it ready at the entrance.
Changing, exchanging and cancelling
Changing, exchanging or cancelling tickets?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to change, exchange or cancel tickets.
The event I have tickets for has been cancelled?
In most cases, the organisation will contact you directly.
If this takes too long, we ask you to contact the event organisation yourself.
